Are you looking for an easy technique to make simple and attractive Fall cards with small stamps?
Hello Everyone!
Today I share a card using the Pumpkin Spice stamps and coordinating dies set from Pink & Main August release for which I have used Out of Frame Scattered Stamping technique.
I have applied this technique ONCE with floral images and enjoyed the outcome very much. I decided to play with another set and share several tips with my readers.
Hello Everyone!
Today I share a card using the Pumpkin Spice stamps and coordinating dies set from Pink & Main August release for which I have used Out of Frame Scattered Stamping technique.

How To Make An out of Frame Stamped Card?
- Pick two focal images. I selected two coffee cups. One image should be stamped out of the frame, the other - die cut and adhered out of the frame.
- Select smaller images for scattered background stamping. For my card I used only one image from Pumpkin Spice set - a round cookie.
- Trace a border with a pencil and stamp down the first focal image out of the border.
- Die cut a mask from a tacky paper (SSS | AMZUS) and cover the stamped image.
- Mask off the traced shape with a low tack tape or washi tape and stamp the scattered background.
- I suggest to stamp one image overlapping the first focal image (the stamped one) and one or two over the borders of the masked shape.
- Mask off all the stamped images and blend softly ink to create background.
- I also added some splatters of diluted ink over my blended background.
- Remove all the masks and colour the images.
- Trace the frame with permanent ink pen.
- Die cut, stamp and colour the second focal image.
- Stamp down the sentiment and assemble the card. I stamped the sentiment in Distress ink and heat embossed it with a fine clear powder.
- Pop the second focal image up with a super thick Copic foam (SSS | AMZUK) and position it over the border.
- To finish my card I glued assorted Sparkling Crystals with a no-trace glue (SSS | AMZUS).
