Birthday Wishes

Hello Everyone!
Всем привет!
We are lucky in Moscow, there is a wonderful sunny warm weather for a week already. Although yesterday I saw a hackberry in blossom, and that means a cold weather is coming soon. Today I am sharing a sunny card with you.
Москвичам везет в последнюю неделю с погодой, стоит тёплая и солнечная погода. Хотя на днях я видела черёмуху в цвету, так что ждать нам холодов и дождей снова. Ну пока моя открытка очень даже солнечная.

It was inspired by several challenges that I am playing along:

I used Wednesday Sketch #227 by MFT Challenge & Inspiration/ Скетч
a theme from Addicted to CAS #63, where the code word is BIRDS/ ОЭ - ПТИЦЫ
a colour scheme by Fusion/ цветовая схема
and Simon Work It Wednesday, where is YELLOW/ акцент на ЖЁЛТОМ
and occasion from AAA Cards #39, that is celebrating the 1st Birthday!

I am keen on making my own backgrounds or patterns. This time I made my banner from scratch. I don't own a long narrow banner die and I made it myself from a strip of a cardstock. To add a fishtail with stitching I used MFT Stitched Fishtail Banner die and partially die cut it:
Иногда мне нравится создавать собственный фон или узор на бумаге. Вот и сейчас я сделала баннер с нуля. Подходящего узкого и длинного ножа у меня нет, поэтому воспользовалась широким от MFT, чтобы сделать "строчку" и хвостик на конце баннера. Приём называется частичная вырубка:
